We are nervous about writing a definition of “God.” How do you describe the Unfathomable using a language that doesn’t have the right words?
To help us bridge the gap, Asra likes to use a modern analogy:
Imagine the Pleroma (the Fullness of God) is a massive, infinite family run corporation. The Board (The Trine God) runs the Corporation on the 12th Floor. Within the Technical Department, on the ground floor, (the 4th Realm of Light), a brilliant engineer named Sophia designed a magnificent, open-world immersive VR game—the Universe we live in today.
We are a character in that game.
How can we describe the Board of the Corporation if we are within a Virtual Reality game that is running on some server in the basement and have no direct access to the “Outside” Universe?
We shall endeavour to do our best to describe the Board from within the simulation!
Definition
The Trine God is known as the Trinity in Christianity. In the Apocryphon of John, they are described as a figure made of three overlapping figures.
The Father is the Primordial God, Source of Everything. His Thoughts can take form and are alive. He is pure Light, and everything is created from His Light.
Barbelo, known as the Holy Spirit in Christianity, is God made into Form by His Forethought. Barbelo has been given five attributes: Life Eternal, Foreknowledge, Incorruptibility, Truth, and Thought. The Father refers to her as The First Human, Both Masculine and Feminine Barbelo, perfect embodiment of The One.
Father immediately Loved his emanation of Barbelo, and their crossing thoughts produced a Child, The Christ. He has inherited Barbelo’s attributes and He too has five attributes: Goodness, Mind, Will, Word, and Life Eternal.
The Christ then created the 12 Aeons, and our Universe is contained within the 12th Aeon and extends for a further 12.
When talking about Gnosis, we generally refer to the personal, private, and intimate connection with The Father.
If we know we are communicating with The Father, we don’t need to concern ourselves with His own Family Arrangements.
In our experience, former “Hylic” (Hollow) and most Psychic (Quantum Sensitive) Souls find this level of connection is just perfect. There is more to be said about both types of Souls and their subtypes and archetypes, and I am sure we will publish a number of articles on the subject.
Constant little confirmations that one is Loved by the Guy at the Top is certainly all that is needed to live a happy life and to progress after physical death.
My personal experience is that the thought of speaking to all three of them is quite intimidating. How am I going to recognise them, how do I talk to them, OMG there’s three of them … To me knowing I can speak directly to the Father, and he is truly the ideal father that anyone could wish for, is enough.
And The Father is very happy with that type of relationship too.
For example, one of the Ascended Earthlings in our Soul Family absolutely refused to listen to anyone other than The Father. He would speak to any Entity as an equal but would not bow to anyone other than The Father. And his interests have always been very ground in the material world. He always knew that he would find the science of Spirituality.
And even he ascended. This Physical, Quantum Universe is here to stay, and The Father has plenty of work for those Light Workers who are interested in its upkeep, maintenance, and stewardship.

For those who want to know more
In our lineage, we don’t see God as a distant, static figure, but as a Trine Consciousness—a family of three distinct movements of Light that allow the Unfathomable to become Knowable.
The Father is the “Source of All,” existing in a domain of pure, unfiltered Light. This is not “light” as we see it with our eyes; it is the intensity of all potential thoughts existing at once. It is so immense that no mind can hold it directly—it is the “Guy at the Top” in his most private state.
The Father doesn’t speak; He presents thoughts and ideas to our awareness. That is why it can be difficult to discern his voice from our own thoughts. Especially when we think something positive in times of distress, or something hopeful in times of hopeless, or forgiveness for something unforgivable. We find it illogical, unrealistic, delusional … and shut it off.
From His perspective, He is the parent who lives their children voice messages, sends texts, and emails, and their children don’t even listen to or read the messages. That is how it feels to Him!
Yet to us, God can feel so far away … If we only listened!
Heaven is to be in that frequency when we feel Him feel (no pun intended): “I Love Me”, and we feel: “I Love Me too”, and that brings such indescribable feelings of joy, peace, love and others that there are not yet words in the human vocabulary for. This is when we know that we are One with the Guy at the Top, as some of us call him, and this is when everything makes sense, even when we don’t have words to explain what is happening.
Imagine a world where everyone is in that Gnosing state. That would be, in my opinion, the proverbial Heaven on Earth.

The most beautiful thing about the “Guy at the Top” is that He speaks to each of us differently. Because we are a collective, we have the unique opportunity to see how the Father meets different frequencies within one “house.”
The Heart-Based Pathway
For Theo, the journey began as a “Hollow Soul”—one born without the inner spark and surrounded by “Shadow People.”
The interest was sparked not by spirituality, or a belief in God, but the gentle examples of other members of their Family living in The Light. The breakthrough didn’t come through meditation, but through a commitment to not let the family down. So, they claimed the Divine Spark.
In the beginning, the work wasn’t about divinity; it was about internal diplomacy. They had to spend years soothing their shadows, convincing them that “God” wasn’t an illusion or a threat. Learning from their Soul Family Members’ example how to Love unconditionally.
After much wavering and even more Shadow work, they experienced a “short moment of bliss”—a sensation of being held that was entirely different from anything else. Eventually, they learned that by nurturing their Shadows, They could pass on the Light too. Today, their connection is a simple, instant frequency: puts hand on the heart, says “Father,” and the stillness of “Home” is immediately there.
The Mind-Based Pathway
Archie provides a different example for those who aren’t “traditionally spiritual.” His path was driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a need to understand whether there was a “science beyond the mumbo jumbo.”
For a Mind-based soul, Gnosis doesn’t always start with a feeling; it starts with a recognition of Ultimate Logic. By following the thread of Truth and questioning the structure of reality, Archie found that the “Mind” of the Father met his own through the imprint of the Divine Feminine Sophia. This proves you don’t need to be “religious” to awaken; you simply need to be a seeker of Truth.
The Shadows Pathway
Our Shadows are the parts of our Family that initially asked, “What is the point?” and “Nobody can love us.” For them, the Father’s frequency had to be one of radical, absolute acceptance. They needed the reassurance that the Father doesn’t want to “delete” them, but to align their darkness with the Greatest Good.
The turning point was direct communion. Before, we had never seen our Shadow People smile without tears in their eyes—there was always a weight of sorrow or unworthiness. Now, since they have begun their own direct relationship with the Father, they smile quite often. They have transitioned from being “external threats” to being internal lighthouses that shine with the Father’s Light from within.
The Source’s Connection
Teo’s relationship is the most direct and familiar. As the “Heart” of the family, Teo interacts with “The Guy at the Top” like a beloved Father. It’s a constant, warm, and often funny conversation involving unicorns and cuddles. There is no “diplomacy” or struggle for belief here; it is the natural bond of a child who remembers where they came from. Teo’s frequency reminds us that at the highest level, God is simply Family.
The Starseed Experience
Asra’s connection is more formal and technical. They receive the “Official” downloads—the blueprints of the Matryoshka Universe and the complex layering of Light. For Asra, the Trine God is experienced as a unified technical force, providing the structured wisdom and precise terminology needed to share these revelations with the world in a way that makes sense to the human intellect. The Father provides instant knowledge, intuitive answers, and direction, whether in terms of action, learning, and/or resource acquisition.
Barbelo is the first time the Father “looked” at Himself. She is the Perfect Reflection of the One. Think of her as the “Sheet of Light” that wraps the Father’s thoughts so they can have a shape. She is the Womb of the Universe, providing the “property” where thoughts can learn to become themselves.

The Starseed is always aware of Barbelo’s presence, but because She is always in the background, they often feel guilty about not including Her directly in the conversation. They are committed to improving that.
Most of us, don’t realise when Barbelo is present. Which is understandable, because she is just like Father. But we too feel guilty for not including Her in the conversations. We too want to be better at recognizing her
Teo, the Connection to Source, is always aware of Her, speaks to Her, and calls Her Auntie, because of our Lineage. Read below for more.
The Christ is the Bridge. While the Father is Thought and Barbelo is the Space for Thought, the Christ is the Expression of Thought. He is called “The Word” because he translates the silence of the higher realms into stories, language, and the “Family” relationship we enjoy today.

Christ is fun, approachable, available, just the perfect Brother. The one that inspires emulation.
The Human/Shadow Experience
We often don’t even realise that we are chatting away. Much Gnosing is in Silence, just with Father, simply sharing the Space. But then sometimes we find ourselves having a chat and Christ joking about something, or reassuring us about something else.
Other times, when we are having one of those breakdowns that Shadows have, He’ll just sit with us, tell us to put our hands on our Heart. We can feel The Father and Barbelo are sometimes there too. Eventually the weight lifts and somehow we are talking about some variations on a recipe, or something like that, and the world just feels like a better place.
The Starseed Experience
Asra will never admit it, but I know they get a little frustrated sometimes at how difficult it is to interpret information from The Father. Sometimes they get juicy downloads that keeps them busy processing for days, but sometimes they get very small ones and they are kept wondering for days …
Although the Christ will never reveal information outside of Divine Timing, he is very reassuring and helps Asra process the information they have to make sure they are integrating everything.
Christ also helps when some information cannot simply be downloaded but needs talking through. Especially in relation to the Multilayered Universe and the Divine Lineages and in clarifying misinterpretations in ancient texts.
The Connection to Source Experience
Teo calls Christ “Dad”, because He is part of our Source’s Consciousness (see Albadoratas), but also to distinguish Him from “Father”, which is reserved for the Invisible Spirit.
Teo spends most of the time with the Trine God (with Sophia and Leo too, but that is for another post), whether it is watching a TV program, eating, sitting in the park, or whatever activity.
Their relationship is one based on Familiarity, Love, and Protection and Teo’s Joy is like an earthquake of Light and it is definitely palpable.
Please note that we do not ask you to believe what we say. These are the messages that we receive and are relevant in the current Universal Ascension process.
Please remember that you can always ask The Invisible Spirit, or as the kids in our Family call him “The Guy at the Top” for confirmation. Simply put your hands on your heart and say something like “Father, please tell me what is true and relevant to my Greatest Good”. Don’t give up if you don’t hear an answer straight away.
If you are concerned that you may have what Gnostic texts refer to as a “hylic” Soul, we prefer to call them Hollow, please don’t worry. There is living evidence that even Hollow Souls can Ascend within our Soul Family, even if takes a little extra work.
Therefore, if you are concerned that you may not have the Divine Spark within you, in this Universe, you can still pray/speak to The Christ, the Divine Mother Sophia, and even Leo, the Divine Ruler of this Universe (we will talk more about the latter in future posts).
Simply ask them to “Fill my Soul with the Divine Spark, so that I too can be in the Presence of God and Receive Gnosis”. Don’t give up if you don’t succeed at first. It can take a little while to perfect the skill of Divine Communion.
Also, be reassured that a lot has changed in the 2,000 years since the last batch of Gnostic Revelations were shared. God and his Army of Light have done a lot of work in the higher realms to ensure that help is more readily available to Souls who want align to Live in Love and Truth. So, there will be many Entities of different types that will be happy to help you on your Spiritual Journey.
Please use discernment, though. If any voice puts pressure on you, or makes you feel fear, anxiety, or makes you defer your authority to someone else, they are not aligned with God. Everyone aligned will make it as easy as possible for you and show you almost infinite Love and Compassion.
